Recent Installations: Prinovis Print Works

Possibly the most challenging contract recently undertaken. Carlton Contracts were employed by Italian Contractor, CO-Ver Edile, to install partitioning at the largest Gravure print works in the UK for German printing giant, Prinovis. Because of the complexities involved during construction of these premises, Co-Ver wanted a subcontractor that was flexible as well as competitive

Carlton Contracts were initially employed to install a small area of partitioning with a value of approximately £2000.00. Over the next 12 months, Carlton’s remained on site eventually completing works with a total value in excess of £1.2M

With the assistance of British Gypsum, these works included construction of some extremely complex and specially designed Gyproc partition systems to heights in excess of 25 metres.

Other works included the installation of Speedline heavy duty raised access flooring systems and AMF fire rated ceiling systems.

On site duration was 18 months.
