Recent Installations: Faisaltex, Preston

The brief from Faisaltex was simple, they only wanted the best.

Utilising a Tenon Scion System, Carlton Contracts were employed to transform simple open plan office into a complete suite of offices.

Noise transfer between offices was a major design consideration which Carlton’s were able to solve by a combination of special acoustic plasterboard on the partitions, and acoustic pads to the suspended ceiling.

Carlton Contracts also installed the new carpets from the Armstrong Desso range and wood effect flooring from the Karndeane range.

Manifestation as utilised to all glass to create both privacy within the offices but allowing natural light into the corridor areas.

Carlton’s also redecorated the entire floor as well as creating additional tea point areas.

On site duration was eight weeks.
